Developer App stops working

I had a Developer App created that I use to interact with stream deck, streamer.bot and a now playing overlay for obs created by me. It's all used localy on my pc. Since yesterday everything stopped working. I tried everything and nothing worked so I decided to delete that app and create a new one. Everything started working right away when I changed to the new Client ID and Secret but after one hour or so it stopped working again.

Can someone explain to me why is this happening? What do I have to do do make it not stop working?
