Developer Dashboard - Quota Extension link redirects to Basic Info page

My Question or Issue

Hello Spotify Developer Team,

I am trying to request a quota extension for my desktop application, but I am stuck in a redirect loop on the developer dashboard.

The Problem:
When I go to the "User Management" tab and click the link to "submit a quota extension request", the page simply redirects me back to the "Basic Info" tab instead of showing the form.

I have confirmed that all required fields in the "Basic Info" section are filled and saved correctly (including Website, Redirect URI, Bundle ID, and Android Packages). The issue persists.

Could you please help me access the quota extension form?
