I was reading through the general developer restrictions here:

One of the points is:

Games / Trivia Quizzes: Incorporating Spotify into any gaming or quiz functionality without prior approval.

 

I wanted to create a simple app where friends can play a quiz based on their music.

Where should I submit a request for approval for this sort of application?
