Developing a game around Spotify?

Hi all, I was under the impression that using Spotify music content in games was prohibited as per the Spotify Dev policy III.2 'Do not create a game, including trivia quizzes.'

Any idea how this game might have gotten around the rules?

Was looking to build something similar, but was put off by the policy mentioned above.

Where do they say they are using Spotify's API?

No where - but using screens of / and using playlists from Spotify seems kinda obvious to me?
