My Question or Issue

Hi all! I was wondering how I could get access to more people on my development team, and if it's possible to programmatically add people to the development team, say adding a user after a successful account creation inside of my own application's account creation flow.

For context, I'm building an application which requires reading and writing to the user's player status, reading recently played songs, and reading playlists. I understand extended quota comes with access to many more endpoints, which is not necessary for my usecase, however I need access to atleast 15-25 more people in my development team. I have most of the requirements for extended quota, barring a physical office and 250k MAU, which isn't really feasible for me given it's a statistics + journal application that allows you to associate songs to memories which NEEDS spotify access for meaningful interaction with the app. 

Overall, what's the best way to allow another 20-25 people into my development team, while not leaving development mode. And for future reference, once that new limit of 30 people is reached, would it be possible to scale up again? Thanks in advance! 🙂

Are you able to retrieve the contents of a public playlist via the API?  That is not owned by yourself and which you are not a collaborator?

No, that's not within the scope of the developer tier.

Bumping this again. I have no problem making the app exclusive to every other service except Spotify, because no other service is predatory with their API services. Or, finding alternative methods such as having users bring their own API key to the app or export history to backfill data. 

Sad that we have to jump through so many loopholes just to access a /player endpoint while Spotify adds useless LLM slop features daily, when their users could be creating actual features on top of the app.

I'll be very suprised if I get a response here, this site is so outdated you can even add a Skype or AOL Instant messenger @ to your profile. Likely taking my business and development to Apple Music, because this is ridiculous coming from a billion dollar coporation in the age of AI and I suggest all other developers do the same.
