Elaboration on 'have a mechanism for users to disconnect from the app'

I applied for the extension request for one of my apps using Spotify API. The request was rejected with reason given: You must have a mechanism for users to disconnect from the app.

I am not able understand this reason as I am just using the login, search and add songs API endpoints. There is no 'connection' being established. Can anyone explain its meaning?

You'll need to include instructions to how to remove access from your app:

- Include a link that leads to: https://www.spotify.com/account/apps/

* (Don't include the /countrycode/)

- Write how your app is called on there, and that they can hit the Remove Access button if they want to do so.
