Embed music with IRAN IPs

Hi, I am an Iranian developer and I'm trying to use Spotify's embed music on my website, as you know Spotify is unavailable for us and people in Iran use VPN to access and use Spotify services. However, I thought it might be possible to use Spotify's embed music with Iran IP, but now when I try to play an embed music without a VPN, it will show just a 30s preview, also I get many errors every second about CORS.
but when I use VPN it works, complete music without any error.
I just want to make sure there is no problem with my development and embed music is limited to just a preview for Iranians,I just wonder why it's not unavailable completely!
please help me to make sure about it
