Extend to Quota Mode

I am currently learning programming and working on a personal, non-commercial project using the Spotify Web API for educational purposes.

The project analyzes my own listening data to better understand how to work with APIs, authentication flows, and data processing in Python. To continue my learning, I would like to access the endpoint of audio features and audio analisys. 

I would greatly appreciate it if you could enable access to these endpoints for my application.
