This is an app I have been developing on my own in Japan. It’s a social-networking service that lets people share the music they love with one another. I believe it will become a place where users discover a wide variety of tracks and deepen their enjoyment of music.

I have spent a great deal of time building this project. However, because of the recent changes to the Spotify Web API policy, individual developers can no longer apply for Extended Quota Mode. I am confident that this app has the potential to grow into a large-scale service and to benefit Spotify as well.

For that reason, I would like to request access to Extended Quota Mode.

Hi, I came across your post and really resonated with your story. I'm also working on a similar app that lets users share and discover music, and I’m very interested in applying for Extended Quota Mode myself.

However, I’m unsure whether my application would be approved under the current policy. I'm curious — have you received any response or update from Spotify regarding your request?
