Extended quota granted, now what?

My Question or Issue

Last year, i submitted my app for written permission before the new policies, i checked my app by curiosity and i have extended quota, that means i can use my app and integrate the SDK? I have in so purchases (no related to Spotify) is a map/navigation/launcher app, the idea is that the user can play another playlist or recent playlist. I don't want to start the developing and later Spotify will remove my access and I'll lost some time. Can someone give me any advice?
