Get User's Top Tracks time_range parameter does not seem to work

My Question or Issue

When I try to hit this endpoint https://api.spotify.com/v1/me/tracks?offset=0&limit=50&time_range=long_term , the time_range parameter appears to not function as expected. Regardless of which value I put in that field (short_term, medium_term, long_term, or just omit the parameter entirely), I appear to be getting the same results. The object is the same songs in the same order. 

Is this a bug? If you need any more information I am happy to oblige.
