My Question or Issue:
For the past two weeks, I've been encountering an HTTP 500 error while trying to export my playlists using Exportify. Here are the steps I’ve taken:
- Tried different devices and browsers (Chrome and Edge, both in normal and incognito mode).
- Tested both the local version of Exportify and the online versions (exportify.net and exportify.app).
- I can access my playlists directly via without any issues, so it doesn’t seem to be account-related.
It appears the error occurs when interacting with the Spotify API, which leads me to believe there may be an issue with the API or server.
Additionally, when I attempt to check the status of the API via status.spotify.dev, I encounter a NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID error. This issue persists across all browsers and devices. The SSL certificate mismatch prevents me from bypassing the error due to HSTS.
Steps I’ve Taken:
- Tested across multiple devices and browsers.
- Verified that similar errors occur with other services utilizing the Spotify API.
- Cleared cache and disabled antivirus temporarily, but the issue persists.
Questions:
- Has anyone else experienced an HTTP 500 error when trying to fetch playlists using the Spotify API?
- Is there any update or workaround for the SSL certificate issue on status.spotify.dev?
- Are there additional troubleshooting steps I can try to resolve this?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
