My Question or Issue:

Is there any way to get in contact with Spotify regarding the status of a Hardware Partner Application? 

 

My company submitted a Hardware Partner Application with the hopes of integrating Spotify into our system. We submitted the application a bit over 3 weeks ago and have neither seen nor heard any communication from Spotify regarding the application. We hope to find out what their verdict is as soon as possible so we can either begin implementing an integration with Spotify or explore other options. We do not need Spotify to implement any new features, we simply want to know whether we are approved for use as this is planned to eventually be a commercial product. We spoke to a Spotify help agent and they directed us to submit a post here.

 

Any help or information would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Same issue here. I filled in the form back in march 2024, still no response... Customer service claims they don't have any contact information of the development department either, so they keep telling me to go to the developer website (which is a dead end) and/or use this community forum (which includes multiple unresolved threads like this). The situation is quite hopeless...
