How can I get Spotify live api credentials ?

I just completed my web app in which we introduces the spotify so our audience would able to listent their spotify playlist directly in our newly introduces dating platforms, and the problem is that in sandbox we mode we've to manually insert each spotify user email in to spotify developer dashboard and we want to live our application
So kindly please explain the process of how can we get spotify live credentials for our platform ?
