How’s Web API Extended Access changes gonna affect pre-saves?

Hello. I’m very new to developing, and I recently developed my own pre-save flow for my upcoming releases. I also heard about these new changes to the Web API Extended Access, and I wanted to ask - how they’re gonna affect pre-saves? If like up to 10 users pre-save my new song, am I still gonna be affected by the changes? I’m very bad at coding, and I built the pre-save flow with the help of my friend, so that’s why i’m asking.
