Independent iOS app on App Store stuck in Development mode — need Extended Quota

Hi Spotify Developer Community,

I'm an independent developer who just launched Musicboxd on the Apple App Store — a social music tracking app that lets users rate albums, track their listening history, see wrapped stats, and share their activity with friends, powered by the Spotify Web API.

The problem: my app is stuck in Development mode with a 25-user limit. The Extended Quota form requires 250,000 MAU minimum, which creates an impossible situation for indie developers — I can't grow to 250k without giving users access to Spotify features, but I can't get access without 250k users.

I've already:
- Added my Bundle ID on the Spotify Developer Dashboard
- Configured my Redirect URIs correctly
- Published the app on the App Store

Has any indie developer here successfully obtained Extended Quota? Is there another path forward?
