Inquiry: How to Move Application from Development to Production Mode

Hello Spotify Team,
We are currently working on a Spotify Web API integration and would like to move our application from Development mode to Public/Production, as we need to allow more than 25 users to test and use the app.
At the moment, the application is limited to 25 users in development mode. We have carefully checked the Spotify Developer Dashboard but were unable to find any form, button, or option to submit the app for review, request a quota extension, or initiate the process of moving the app to public access.
Based on Spotify’s documentation, we understand that:

Development mode is limited to 25 usersMoving to public access may require a review process

Certain requirements such as a Privacy Policy and correct OAuth configuration are needed

However, it is unclear to us:

Where and how the application should be submitted for review

Whether the review process is automatic or requires manual approval

If there are any additional steps we need to complete to make the app eligible for public access

Could you please advise on:

1. How we can submit our application for review
2. What exact steps are required to move the app to public/production mode
3. Whether any additional configuration or documentation is needed from our side

We would really appreciate your guidance, as our clients are currently unable to test the application due to the development mode limitations.
