My Spotify Developer account is broken.

The Developer Dashboard enters an infinite reload loop.
It happens only with this Spotify account. Another Spotify account works in the same browser.

Errors:
GET /api/private-docs -> 401 Unauthorized
GET /v1/me -> 429 Too Many Requests
reason: QUOTA_EXCEEDED

Console error:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'charAt')

I already cleared cookies, cache, tried another browser/profile.
Please reset or repair my Developer account state.
