Not accepted to Spotify API after a year of trying

I've been trying to get accepted to Spotify API for over a year now. Harmless apps, tried many. 0 feedback, not even a decline. What am I doing wrong?

Hmm, could you tell me a bit more about how you are not accepted? You should be able to create apps on the developer.spotify.com website. Let me know how you get on!

Yes, but after creating apps it says to come back to dashboard once I've requested data... Which I did year ago. What have I done wrong or why doesn't the request go through? I have like 3 apps now, can't access anything through them.
