OAuth Scope + User Quota

Hi Spotify Developer Relations,

I'm requesting extended API access for my music discovery app currently in development.

Issues:

1. 403 "Insufficient Scope" errors when fetching user top artists/tracks and playlist data despite requesting proper OAuth scopes
2. Need user quota increase from 5 to 25-50 test users for proper MVP validation

App Context: Social music discovery game.

I'm committed to responsible API usage and would appreciate guidance on the extended access request process.
