PUT me/player/repeat randomly not working

My Question or Issue

Calls to PUT me/player/repeat for any of the allowed state (track, context or off) are completing with no error response but the repeat mode is not getting changed in a consistent way...sometime it changes sometimes not.

It seems some random failure that happens very frequently. 

Other similar APIs (eg the PUT me/player/shuffle) are instead working fine.
