Partner Application Form

I'm getting ready to submit this form but wasn't clear on the following

The partner application form says:

• User Base Threshold
  Your  application must have a minimum of 250,000 Monthly Active Users. You must be able to upload data from the App Store/Analytics tool (max 30 days old).
• Market Availability Your services must be available in Spotify markets and we ask you to provide your top 3 priority markets as well as upload your market share data from App Store/Analytics tool
• Commercial Viability
  You must be able to provide proof of revenue from the last 12 months from App Store/Analytics tool

and also says

"We strongly advise that you start integrating the Web API into an application intended for an audience of more than 25 authenticated Spotify users only after Spotify has agreed to this application in writing."

My SDA is in Developer mode now, so restricted to the 25 users I specify in the dev portal.

My question is: How can I adhere to those 3 requirements of the Partner Form to apply for Extended Quota Mode when those can't be met until I'm in Extended Quota Mode for 12 months and have a minimum of 250,000 Monthly Active Users.?

Hello Spotify,

I was directed here by Spotify Support over two weeks ago to receive a response on my question above, but I have yet to receive an answer. Several additional people have since posted a similar question.

I have spent significant time to get to this point of applying for an extension to allow for broader access to a streaming SDA which supports customizable Spotify Premium User Interface Themes and a user experience that would be appealing and a major value add to many current Premium and the 400M+ Free users as well as attracting new users.

This seems like a simple question to clarify what appear to be conflicting statements in regard to the partner application form on the developer site.

no i never got a response from Spotify.

FWIW, I have been trying for 4 months to find a partner to meet the 250,000 Monthly Active Users requirement without success. NYT, Rolling Stone, NPR, PBS and others, no dice.

See https://youtu.be/lke8aNZbPHQ for those interested in how the SDA looked a couple months ago. I've back-burnered dev until I can meet that requirement. I have not given up hope tho. I created a non-Spotify app I've been working that I think should exceed that MAU criteria in a month or so.

Have you found a solution to this? I am stuck as well with an app which we want to roll out. What I am trying to do is just to read the play lists and play music htorugh my application nothing fancy, just using as player in my UI.
