Problem submitting my app to developer showcase

Hello, 

When I try to submit my app to developer showcase page nothing happens. I fill all the information on the popup page and when I click the send button there is not any response or error or email confirmation. A CAPTCHA does appear but after that no response just a redirect to https://developer.spotify.com/.

This seems to have been a problem for over a year now. I'd love to hear if Spotify is planning on fixing this in the future.

I am no longer seeing a way to submit an app on the Showcase page or on my Dashboard. Could you direct me to where I can submit?
