Provide Radio Playlist ID

On the desktop app, when I click radio on a track, it brings me to a playlist with a unique ID for that tracks radio/suggested tracks. We can play that playlist via the play context api, however there's no way to retrieve that ID.

Would Spotify consider exposing that ID on the track api? The use case is merely for third party players to allow the user to trigger the radio off that track.
