Quota Extension Denial?

My Question or Issue

Hello!  We had an application with an approved quota extension but it was on an individual's account who is no longer with the company.  We moved to a service account address (social@) but upon applying were denied our quota extension.

The reason we received we didn't quite understand and would love to be able to chat about it with someone.  Our client_id is e8378148a001434cb9a66f5d83b54caf.
