Hello Spotify team and community.

 

I submitted a request for a quota extension, and it was rejected after a few hours.

The reasons given were the following:

  • You did not provide enough information for us to assess your application
  • You must not use the Spotify Platform to request excessive data points

We provided documentation along with screenshots for how to use our application. However, we omitted a screencast of our application. Would including this potentially approve our request?

 

As for the second point, I'm not sure what this means. Our analytics show that nobody had signed in to our application during the review time.
