Quota Extention tab missing

Is anyone else have trouble seeing where the quota extension tab is. I want to send my app to Apple for review to be posted on the app store but for that to happen I need my app to go from developer mode to Quota Extension mode. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes, I can't see it either.

not seeing it either. but I think maybe you have to submit this form here for the quota extension tab to appear? requires 250k MAUs though..

but to get to that point you need more than 25 users using your app. This is really starting to tick me off, why wont they give us any information abt this
