My Question or Issue

I actually did not have an email linked to my Spotify account due to which the parameters on which my request was denied was sent to me via email could not reach me, so I have no knowledge of what caused my extension request to be rejected and I would like to know the details. So, is there a way to contact the Spotify review team and ask them to send me the email again?
I have updated my email address with my account now.
