Randomly receiving "insufficient client scope" errors

My app is randomly receiving Forbidden errors while trying to add songs to a playlist, claiming I have insufficient client scope. However, not only do I have all the client scopes required for that operation, it also doesn't happen consistently! It can go for hours completely fine, adding tracks to the playlist without issue, and then in other situations it fails:

Hope you're doing well! Quite a while ago a user in this thread had a similar issue. Can you check if the suggested solution works for you as well?

Hello, thanks for your response. Unfortunately, that thread is about an unrelated problem.

My issue is that this problem only appears every once in a while. It's completely arbitrary when I get the "Insufficient client scope" exceptions, and 9/10 it works fine.
