Recently Played API return GATEWAY TIMEOUT ERROR

I'm working on an mobile application with Laravel backend, when I was creating APIs for mobile application I must have to get access token from SPOTIFY for that I setup Spotify web authentication to get access token. API flow with web authentication was working fine every API response was 200. 

Like that I setup connect to Spotify on android mobile and it returns a proper access token with refresh token same like web. but when I call Spotify recently played API from mobile application with Spotify given access token it says GATEWAY TIMEOUT ERROR.

NOTE: We are using same Client ID and Secret ID to use in connect to Spotify and we also using all the scopes which are needed.

every api returns getway timeout error when i get access token form mobile app and use on backend side.

I'm also getting a 504 error for multiple users when fetching from recently played:
