My Question or Issue

When I use the Spotify webclient in the browser (tried with up-to-date Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) the "Recently Played" list is empty. In the app on my Smartphone the list is not empty. Also when I use the Spotify API the list is empty.

Shouldn't the list be exactly the same on all devices since the account is the same?

I can confirm this issue. Here's a screenshot with the web UI at the top, and the native Mac client at the bottom. The web UI only has two items.

When I had a problem with my recently played tracks, Spotify Support fixed it for me.

This is not a generic problem with Last Played, but about the inconsistency between the web UI and the native apps.

Is there no way to get support from Spotify?
