Refresh token works only once.

I have created a function that generates a refresh token with the scope "streaming". When I use it once to generate a new access token it works perfectly fine and I'm returned a dictionary with the keys: [access_token, token_type, expires_in, refesh_token, scope]. However, I'm not able to use the refesh token again to generate a new access token (not the old one which I had from auth and not even the new one obtained while refreshing access token for the first time). It's as if the refresh token is a one-time ticket and there seems no possible way to get a valid token again without making the user login (auth) again.
