SPOTIPY: Capture HTTP response header Retry-After value

Does anyone know how to capture the HTTP response header "Retry-After" value using Spotipy?
I use Spotipy"audio_features" module , I issued too many requests and finally occured 249 error, temporaily banned.
I would like to know when the ban is cancelled via "Retry-After" value. But I understand that Spotipy module covers the bare http request/response and  can't capture the HTTPError by normal try-except code.
