Scope Extension Request Suggestions

I submitted a scope extension request for playlist-read-collaborative a week ago, and have been waiting for a response.  In the meantime I've realized I also need playlist-read-private.

I'd hate to have to wait another couple of weeks for this request to get granted only to have to submit another request and wait some more, and if I could, I would just resubmit my request.  On the extension submission page it says you can delete a submission while it's in the Sent status.  I guess waiting for review is different?

I would suggest the following changes:
* Change extension to allow a deletion of a request at any time?
* Change extension request to allow a modification if it hasn't be review yet?
