Search API get lyrics match in API

My Question or Issue

In the mobile application, searching for words from a song will return you the song as a search result and displays a "lyrics match" marker.

Is that information available in the API? Couldn't find it in the documentation. The API returns song matches but you can't tell it was matched by lyrics

Is there a way to get that information? Or to filter by it? "search only in lyrircs" or "search but exclude lyrics match"
