Selling a App

My inquiry is about the Spotify API Commercial Use. I am a developer, and I am developing a Laptop Script that will have 20+ Apps. And I have developed a Spotify App that uses the Spotify API and the Spotify SDK, I made it clear in the app it is powered by the Spotify API. Do I need explicit approval to sell this script with the Spotify App? Please note I am not selling my tokens, client id or otherwise. The buyers will set that up on their end.

And I wanted to know if the app I made is too similar to Spotify's and If I have to change it. I have attached some images.

The Spotify API and SDK are for personal, non-commercial use. Selling a script or app that integrates with Spotify, even as part of a larger package, is considered commercial use and is not permitted under the standard Developer Terms of Use.
You must not create an app that is confusingly similar to Spotify’s own apps or that could be mistaken for an official Spotify product. This includes copying the look, feel, or branding of Spotify’s official clients
