Shuffle and Smart Shuffle Questions

I have noticed that in my playlist of 1500+ songs, I tend to get the same songs when I shuffle or smart shuffle the playlist.


How does it randomness work for the shuffle?

How big is the shuffle queue compared to the playlist it is shuffling from?


For Smart Shuffle:

Is the queue for Smart Shuffle the same length as the normal shuffle queue?

Does the smart shuffle queue dynamically update the recommendations when you either add a song to the playlist or remove it from the queue?
