Spotify API quota extension

what are these changes to quota extension. does this mean, no space for new developers and creators? by this update, it seems the API is just available for the organizations with millions of traffic who can promote Spotify.

creative and new creators? i worked hard to build an app, when the app is ready, now there is no API for me. Is there any way to get this? I don't have registered business.

Pretty much the same. My app wasn't quite ready to try to push through before May 15, and by the time they announced the changes I knew I couldn't get it ready by then. The Spotify portion is completely functional now, but its too late. I guess it will be a nice little app for me and 24 other members of my family. Bad will with developers..... probably doesn't help your company much.
