Spotify Charts system should be changed

Hi,

Currently Spotify Charts classify the streams of an account only based on the Country setting so if the country setting is USA, then the streams will be counted for the Spotify USA chart.

However this system has a critical/major bug that is being used by some Kpop artists (or those who represent them) who have built streaming farms outside USA using accounts created by using USA VPN and so having USA in the country setting.

I noticed this bug after comparing the USA weekly chart with the USA city charts.

There is this kpop song charting in the top 10 of USA Spotify weekly chart but it is not charting in any Spotify USA city chart which proves that the song's streams do not come from USA.
