Spotify Toolbar for Windows

Can we get a Spotify toolbar in windows taskbar?
My Windows taskbar containing music controls will be more practical.
Instead of keeping the app open in a separate window, I won't need to switch between my apps to change tracks, and I'll always be able to see what music is playing.

I have also attached a reference to clarify what i am actually talking about.

I've found a really nice program that does just that! Not only does it work with Spotify, it also works with other music programs.

I love Audio Band, but it breaks for me semifrequently and can be a real pain in the **bleep** to get working again without fully reinstalling and manually resetting all of my Audio Band settings. Official support for a taskbar scrubber by Windows or Spotify would be ideal, and this is the one area where my Macbook (which I otherwise don't like using) is a lot more convenient for multitasking.

I don't understand why this still isn't an option. Having to install a third party program to get a taskbar controller is ridiculous.
