Three weeks since scope extension request

It's been three weeks since a scope extension request was made.  In the past these requests were responded to pretty quickly so I'm thinking something has gone wrong?  It was for playlist-read-collaborative.  I also need to submit a new one for playlist-read-private, before I can turn my app live.
