User's Playlist Items

Dear Spotify team, We need immediate help; in our project we are using 'https://api.spotify.com/v1/playlists/{playlist_id}/tracks' to fetch playlist items. For better user experience for our users we need that in reverse order is it possible to query your system so we can sort by added_at desc?

Currently it is not possible to fetch data pre-sorted. You will have to filter the data yourself after you receive it.
