cant get the client secret and client id after creating app. In settings of created app there error

I have created an app to get the api. But after creating my app, I am not able to see or get the client is and client secret. In the setting of my created app there's an error which says "Something went wrong, we were not able to get your app. Try again later."

Kindly find me the solution of the above issue
