Extension Requests update
Submitted Friday 9/22 4pm
Rejected Tuesday 9/26 

The submission was mostly to test the process:
The application got reviewed way faster than I was expecting.
 Sadly 0 feedback and no application tracking number.

In this case I know exactly at least 4 or 5 different reasons why the application would have been rejected but it will get tricky to try to play the resubmitting game and try to guess what the eventual outcome could it be approaching the final version.
Deploying an application is never really a straightforward fast process and it can get pretty frustrating having undocumented unmotivated rejections. 

I deployed plenty of application on the Microsoft Store and even with their incredibly specific fast feedback and their tools to test a project before a submission things can get rough.

That's sad news. This skin makes me feel nostalgic.

I think it is rejected because of point 11 of section III of the Spotify Developer Policy:

"Do not build products or services that mimic, or replicate or attempt to replace a core user experience of Spotify or its group companies without our prior written permission. Your product or service must add independent value or functionality that improves users’ interactions with Spotify."

ahaha, not that sad. I knew it wasn't ready for submission. 
I have no a precise idea why they reject the extension though. 
The Extension don't mean that they approve the application to be released. It just give more "API credits".
I don't even need those extra API calls for now, I have 0 testers, nobody show any interest in it.

Do other developers share their API stats?
Would be possible to see those stats for the official app?
