I just want to know if it might be possible to create a custom Theme store where you can maybe download some different Themes from it, for example a transparent theme or a galaxy theme on your computer.
or make it so that the users themselves can insert a background.

There is a third-party mod called Spicetify you can do all kinds of things with. For support and inspiration, you can find Community links at the bottom of the page.
