embed sometimes not working

My Question or Issue

Hi we embed spotify tracks to use for a music quiz. We use the embed option for that. Sometimes it does not work. We get to see: track not available in your country.

This is one of them that says not available.

Yesterday to worked fine. Today it did not. So it changes by the day if we can play the embed or not.

I can play it when using the app or when logged in in the web app. But not the embedded version on our quiz website.

This second one is working: It is from the same album:

Not my preferred genre of music by the way 🤣.

this totally drives me crazy. I remade this online quiz like 7 times, because every time I test another song is not working. totally unpredictable.
