My Question or Issue

Hi, I just wanted to know if creating an iOS app (not deployed, probably) that can do things such as create recommendation playlists or give recommended songs, take an explicit playlist and make it clean, and maybe even a music recognition system is within the guidelines. I read the policy and just wanted to make sure.
