is device id dynamic?

The get devices endpoint return data which contains device id like this

the "id" means device id. Is it dynamic?

Hey there, help's here!

Hmm, I've taken a look and it seems that this is a fixed value. I've tried to log in on another account with the same device and the device ID stayed the same; also after a restart of the app. 

The device ID might change in other situations, such as a full reinstall of the Spotify app, factory reset of the device and others. Let me know if this clears things up a bit.

That's true, I've been making some experiments. Now I store the info of device for easier reuse. Since the get current playback is expired very quickly.
