set endpoint to spotify with python, Help.

Hello everyone, I'm using Python to build a library to control Spotify's music (play, stop, volume) for my raspberry pi wall display. I've been trying for hours to figure out if there is a way that Spotify API will send me an automatic update to socket as soon as I stop the music (I can ask every 500ms but it will create a load on the server).
Is there a way I can get an update as soon as I stop the song for my software, I searched the doc for it and found nothing.

can I set my software as an endpoint to spotify api like spitfy web and desk at all?

Hi @eljos! I'm sorry, this isn't a feature that we currently offer through the Web API. As you say, it's possible to fetch the current player state using the player endpoints.

I know I can use player opinion but its like send 600 packages, its will be like DDOS ( ;
