snapshot_id not updated for https://api.spotify.com/v1/users/{user_id}/playlists

Discovered an issue where the snapshot_id is not updated for the endpoint https://api.spotify.com/v1/users/{user_id}/playlists

When fetching my Discovered Weekly playlist and comparing it to the cached one, they have the same snapshot_id, but when looking at the Android App, the playlist's tracks differed.

Calling https://api.spotify.com/v1/playlists/{playlist_id} with the same playlist resulted in a different snapshot_id, and when calling https://api.spotify.com/v1/users/{user_id}/playlists again, the snapshot_id was now updated.

I'm seeing the same problem with https://api.spotify.com/v1/playlists/{playlist_id} not having the snapshot_id updated when I add or remove songs.

Edit: I have now observed the behavior more close. It takes 10-60 seconds for snapshot_id to update for playlists/{playlist_id}, compared to when the tracks returned from the same API call changes.
